Who We Are
Khanya Family Centre is a non-profit organisation based in Katlehong. Our mission is to provide psychological counselling, care and support services for children, adults and families experiencing life challenges, including those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. We also facilitate the process of capacity building for community members to promote their own wellbeing, growth and self-reliance.
In addition, the Centre has a Wellness in the Workplace Programme. Research findings indicate that work performance is highly related to emotional wellbeing and that there is a positive correlation between poor work performance and emotional difficulties. Khanya Family Centre offers a range of employee assistance programmes in the workplace to enhance work performance.
